This civic development is the first phase of a mixed use development that will include retail and residential components in future phases. Two buildings housing a new City Hall and a Community Center will flank an intimate community amphitheater and interactive fountain feature. Upgraded streetscape elements proposed along Church Street will continue in future phases to allow enhanced pedestrian access from the surrounding city.
